Welcome to the landing page of Eden Yahalom — FREESTYLE Workshop (hereinafter: "the Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the Site, how it is used, and what your rights are.

2. What Information We Collect
When you fill out the contact form on the Site, we collect:
- Required fields: Full name, phone number, region of residence.
- Optional fields: Gender, age.
Additionally, anonymous statistical information about site usage (traffic, performance) is collected via Vercel Analytics — no cookies, no personal identification.
3. Why We Collect It
The information is collected for the purpose of:
- Contacting you and scheduling an initial discovery call regarding the workshops.
- Tailoring the offer to your needs and region.
- Operational updates only regarding the workshop (if you choose to register).
We do not send marketing emails, spam, or share your information with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. How the Information is Collected and Stored
The details you submit in the form are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet (a service of Google LLC) via a secure script (Google Apps Script). The information is transferred to and stored on Google's servers in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
The information is kept only as long as it is relevant for personal contact, and no longer. You may request deletion at any time (Section 6).
5. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third-party commercial entities. Information is shared only with:
- Google — as the infrastructure provider for storing the details (Google Sheets).
- Vercel — as the hosting provider for the Site.
- Where required by law (police investigation, court order, etc.).
6. Your Rights
In accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to:
- View the information collected about you.
- Request correction of incorrect information.
- Request deletion of your information from our records.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.

7. Data Security
Information is transmitted via an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We make reasonable efforts to protect the information, but we cannot guarantee absolute immunity from breaches or unauthorized access.

The Site itself does not use tracking cookies. The Vercel Analytics service we use operates without cookies and without collecting personal data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. In the case of a material change, we will update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
